Parque Warner Madrid reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Booking conditions
In order to qualify for the school group conditions, it is essential to make a reservation for a minimum of 20 paying students and to have a letter of presentation from the centre in order to be able to apply this rate.

Payment and confirmation
Booking is very easy, just follow these steps:
- Calculate the total number of pupils, teachers and/or accompanying persons.
- Then, click on "Book now!", fill in the form and our Customer Service/Reservations department will contact you to send you the locator and the account number in order to formalise the booking.
- Payment must be made by bank transfer and 100% of the total amount of the booking must be paid at least 5 days before the visit.
Remember that for every 10 paying students, 2 FREE ticket for a teacher. (Promotion valid until May 15th).
The reception of modifications closes 72 working hours before the date of the group's visit. After this time no refunds will be accepted.
