General Rules and Recommendations for our parks

1. VISITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY

Safety is a shared responsibility. We expect visitors to Parque Warner (hereinafter, the “Park”) to exercise good judgment and to behave responsibly in order to safeguard both their own health and safety and that of those under their care, especially minors, for whom they are responsible and whom they must supervise at all times.

In this regard, visitors (i) must READ, COMPLY WITH, and RESPECT all written rules, signs, warnings, and recommendations, as well as all instructions and directions provided by our staff, and (ii) make APPROPRIATE AND RESPONSIBLE USE of the recreational facilities and of any safety equipment that may be provided to them.

Each visitor undertakes to maintain a civil and considerate manner of conduct and is obliged to (i) treat other visitors, Park staff, and the facilities themselves with respect, and (ii) preserve and respect the flora and fauna of the surroundings.

Visitors who, in the judgment of Park staff, fail to comply with the rules and instructions given and/or act irresponsibly and/or disrespectfully toward other visitors and/or staff may be expelled from the Park without entitlement to claim any refund. In addition, if such visitors are holders of any season passes for amusement parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS (“Bono Parques”), measures may be applied to withdraw or cancel the Bono Parques for serious breaches, or to temporarily withdraw or suspend the Bono Parques for minor breaches, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this product, available at https://www.bonoparques.es/terminos-y-condiciones.

Finally, it should be noted that the Park reserves the right to report such conduct to the competent authorities.

Please consult the specific guides and rules posted at the entrance of each attraction, as well as the Park’s general operating rules described below.

It is also essential that visitors who are responsible for persons who, either because they are minors or because they have a disability, are unable to read or properly understand the written rules, signs, warnings, and/or recommendations, explain them and remind them as often as necessary, without prejudice to the assistance that Park staff may provide. The Park makes specific information available for visitors with disabilities at: https://www.parquewarner.com/prepara-tu-visita/personas-y-servicios/personas-con-discapacidad

Therefore, visitors must act responsibly with regard to their own health and safety, as well as that of the persons under their care and of all other people around them.

2. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ATTRACTIONS AND FACILITIES

WARNING! Assess your physical and emotional condition BEFORE simply “doing it”.

The rides and other Park facilities can provide our visitors with wonderful memories and exciting fun. However, both rides and water attractions can also involve adrenaline-pumping activity that places strain on your body through various forces (centrifugal and centripetal), accelerations, speed, and rapid and unpredictable movements, which may push you in different directions and may cause, among other things, muscle tension and stress to the neck and back, as well as increased heart rate and blood pressure.

THEREFORE, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE—OR ALLOW ANY PERSON UNDER YOUR CARE TO PARTICIPATE—IN ANY RIDE OR ACTIVITY IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, OR ANY MEDICATION OR OTHER NARCOTIC SUBSTANCE THAT MAY AFFECT HEALTH, SENSES, MENTAL ALERTNESS, REFLEXES, OR COORDINATION.

DO NOT PARTICIPATE—OR ALLOW ANY PERSON UNDER YOUR CARE TO PARTICIPATE—IN ANY RIDE OR ACTIVITY IF YOU SUFFER FROM, HAVE SUFFERED FROM, OR BELIEVE YOU MAY SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL CONDITION, PRE-EXISTING HEALTH ISSUE, OR INJURY, INCLUDING—WITHOUT LIMITATION—HEART, NEUROLOGICAL, MUSCULAR, BACK, NECK, BONE, JOINT, TENDON, LIGAMENT, BRAIN, EYE, OR EAR INJURIES, OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS OR INJURY THAT COULD BE TRIGGERED OR AGGRAVATED BY USE OF THE RIDE OR BY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.

NOR SHOULD YOU USE THE RIDES—UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED—IF YOU ARE (OR SUSPECT THAT YOU MAY BE) PREGNANT; IF YOU HAVE UNDERGONE SURGERY IN RECENT MONTHS; OR IF YOU ARE STILL CONVALESCING OR RECOVERING FROM ANY ILLNESS, AILMENT, TREATMENT, OR MEDICAL PROCEDURE.

ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE WHETHER YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT TO PARTICIPATE SAFELY IN A RIDE OR OTHER ACTIVITY.

THE PARK CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR HEALTH—OR THAT OF THE PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE: YOU MUST DETERMINE THAT YOU—OR THE PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE—ARE IN AN APPROPRIATE PHYSICAL CONDITION TO USE A RIDE OR TAKE PART IN AN ACTIVITY, AND YOU MUST ALSO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGE, WEIGHT, AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS SET OUT IN THE OPERATING RULES.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ASSUME THE RISKS OF ANY ACTIVITY IN WHICH YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS, OUR STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.
